Young Poultry Person Initiative (YPPI)
A new initiative to encourage more young people from the industry to attend the conference with financial assistance.The EPIC Organising Committee are very keen to encourage more young people from the industry to attend the conference and have decided to provide financial assistance to allow them to do so.
The programme is specifically targeted to people currently engaged either in employment or as a student within the UK poultry industry and we believe the support should apply to first time attendees only and be aimed primarily at people under the age of 40.
The EPIC organising committee with the generous help of the conference sponsors will fund all of the successful applicant’s attendance at the 58th EPIC in 2025 (excluding travel to and from the conference), this will consist of conference registration, 2 nights accommodation either in the conference hotel venue or nearby and attendance at both conference dinners.
Please complete and submit the application form below by the 1st September 2025. A number of places each year are allocated to the programme, so if your application is unsuccessful this year it may be reconsidered in future years providing it still fits the criteria.
