Valet parking is available for arrivals on Sunday afternoon until 6.00pm. Just pull up at the hotel entrance.

Attendee Pack

At EPIC we endeavour to be as paperless as possible, nothing is sent out beforehand.

Conference badges, conference programme, dinner information and seating plans are available at the EPIC reception desk in the hotel foyer (Sunday) and the conference foyer (Monday).

Please report to the desk on arrival and everything you need will be there.

Similarly, when you depart, please hand in your conference badges and lanyards as both are recyclable/reusable.

For the Meals

Seating arrangements will be displayed by table order on screens in the hotel and conference foyer during the day, and also printed in alphabetical order by diner on A2 easels at the entrances to the conference venue.

Mobile phone charger points are available please contact the EPIC reception desk.

For starters, sharing platters provide on each table.

Then main course, 4 stations are provided with chefs carving various meats. Each station serves the same food with an equal number of stations serving the accompaniments.

A self-serve table is provided with selection of desserts.

Another self-serve table is available with selection of Welsh cheeses.
