Bedrooms are on a book direct basis and are held subject to availability until 1st October 2026. When booking by phone the hotel reservation staff will require credit card details to confirm the booking.

Payment will be taken at the time of booking. A cancellation policy of up to the one month before (1st Oct 2026) the event applies.

Any bedrooms not picked up by the 1st October 2026 will be released back to public sale and the negotiated rate can no longer be guaranteed.

Arriving on Sunday? On arrival at the Celtic Manor Resort please proceed to the front entrance of the hotel where staff will be waiting to help unload and tag your luggage for delivery to your room before you drive to one of the car parks. Throughout the day, the Concierge Team will then take the luggage to each guest’s room as and when the room becomes available.

On departure from the Resort, guests should collect their car from the car park and bring it to the front of the building to load up their luggage prior to departing.
