On arrival at the Celtic Manor Resort please proceed to the front entrance of the hotel where staff will be waiting to help unload and tag your luggage for delivery to your room before you drive to one of the car parks. Throughout the day, the Concierge Team will then take the luggage to each guest’s room as and when the room becomes available.

On departure from the Resort, guests should collect their car from the car park and bring it to the front of the building to load up their luggage prior to departing.
