One of the major factors that came out of the survey that was conducted at the 52nd conference was the very small number of delegates who attend the EPIC conference who are under the age of 40
Young people are the lifeblood and the future of our industry and consequently the EPIC Organising committee have decided to introduce an EPIC Young Poultry Person Initiative to help those under 40 who may not be able to afford the cost to attend the conference. The programme is specifically targeted to people currently engaged either in employment or as a student within the UK poultry industry and we believe the support should apply to first time attendees only and be aimed primarily at people under the age of 40.

The EPIC organising committee with the generous help of the conference sponsors will fund all of the successful applicant’s attendance at the 54th EPIC, this will consist of conference registration, 2 nights accommodation either in the conference hotel venue or nearby and attendance at both conference dinners.
