William Oliver, CEnv, ARAgS, is a poultry and arable farmer based in Leicestershire, combining a broiler enterprise with a progressive arable business.
Will is heavily focusing his energy towards nutrient use efficiency and soil health. Alongside the family farming business, Will runs and independent soil sampling enterprise, with a particular interest in making the best use of our organic manures, and integrating livestock and cropping systems to improve overall farm resilience.
Will is a strong advocate for bringing livestock into arable farming and is passionate about closing nutrient loops, reducing reliance on artificial inputs and getting the maximum out of his poultry manures.
Will is involved in a number of industry groupsand is passionate about the future of UK Agriculture. Relatively new to the poultry sector (2019), Will is always keen to learn, meet new people in the industry and learn from others experiences across the farming community.
