During over thirty years in the poultry industry, Libby has served on numerous committees, and was the first woman Chairman of the Nottinghamshire NFU.
She chaired the East Midlands Poultry Discussion Group, the NFU East Midlands Poultry group and the NFU Infectious Diseases Group, and was a member of the NFU Animal Health and Welfare Committee along with serving as an NFU Headquarters Poultry representative. Southwell Minster Poultry Services
