Sarah’s dedication to the Company’s Purpose, to better nourish, people, animals, and planet, is driving her efforts in pursuing B Corp certification.

Beyond Noble Foods, Sarah is involved in the private family office, Beeches Group, which has a share portfolio, a property company managed by her husband, and which carries out a small amount of venture capital-style investments, mainly within the food and agriculture industries.

Sarah trained as a Norland Nanny but changed direction in her early twenties and got her degree in Agri-Food Marketing and Business Studies at Harper Adams University before joining the family business. At home, she and her husband have a busy household with three teenage children and two dogs!
